HubSpot ERP Integration

Building the data flow between HubSpot and Logo, Mikro, Netsis or SAP.

HubSpot ERP Integration CRM

HubSpot holds customers and opportunities; the ERP holds accounts and invoices. When the two don't talk, the sales rep doesn't know the balance and accounting doesn't know the customer.

01. Which Data Goes Where

The ERP should own the account record and product pricing. Opportunities, activities and marketing data should stay in HubSpot. Integrations built without that split damage both sides.

02. Account Matching

A permanent link must exist between the HubSpot company record and the ERP account. The tax number is a natural candidate; storing the ERP account code as a custom property in HubSpot is the standard approach.

03. Balance and Risk Visibility

When balance, overdue amount and credit limit are written from the ERP into HubSpot, the rep sees the position while quoting. A significant share of collection problems fades with that visibility.

04. Order Flow

A won opportunity is converted into a sales order in the ERP. Price and discount validation must happen in the ERP; the amount from HubSpot should not be processed directly.

05. How to Connect

Three routes: a ready connector, a flow through an automation platform, or custom development. Ready connectors for Turkish ERPs often don't exist; an orchestration layer such as n8n becomes the practical answer.

06. Set Boundaries

Don't synchronise every field. Start with fields genuinely used on both sides; as scope widens, maintenance cost rises fast.
