Lists a product's quantity in every bin of the warehouse together with lot, batch and expiry data. It answers not 'how much in total' but 'where, from which lot, how many'.

Stock allocated to an order stays physically in place but is blocked in the system. The risk of promising the same goods to a second order and then not finding them disappears.

When a pick bin drops below its threshold, a replenishment task opens automatically from the reserve area. Pickers never walk to an empty shelf and orders are never left half-finished.

Sorts order lines into location sequence and guides the picker aisle by aisle. Walking distance drops and no line gets skipped.

Groups the day's orders by carrier, delivery time or shipping region and releases them to the floor as waves of work orders. The warehouse works to a plan, not order by order.

Picked items are scanned a second time as they go into the carton. A carton that does not match the order line exactly cannot be closed; a wrong shipment stops before it leaves the warehouse.

Links cartons to shipments and shipments to vehicles. If a carton was never scanned during loading, closing the vehicle is blocked; a short load becomes visible right at the dock.

Generates the carrier's barcode and tracking number from inside the WMS; the carton label prints in a single step. The tracking number goes back to the order and the customer at the same time.

Opens counting tasks by aisle, product group or ABC class without waiting for a full stocktake. Operations never stop and inventory accuracy is measured continuously.

Splits stock into age bands by receipt or expiry date; batches nearing their date turn into picking priority. Newly arrived goods can no longer leave first.

Shows end to end which supplier a lot came from, which bins it sits in and which customer it went to. Every link in the chain is recorded with date and operator.

Takes returned goods into a separate quarantine location and, based on inspection, routes them to restocking, scrapping or supplier rejection. No return quietly finds its way back onto a shelf.
