In the location you choose: the Turkcell Gebze Data Centre (Türkiye) or the European Data Centre. You can keep regulated data in Türkiye and move systems serving customers abroad to Europe. The location is stated explicitly in the contract.
First we bring up an exact copy of your current server on Think Cloud and test it while you keep working. We cut over outside business hours; because your old server is not shut down right away, we can roll back the same day if anything goes wrong.
vCPU, RAM and storage are increased with a short restart; you don't need to buy hardware or move the system. You can also raise capacity temporarily for a campaign period and lower it afterwards.
Backups are kept on storage separate from the server; by default they run daily and you can restore up to 14 days back. On request, a copy of the backups is also sent to the second data centre.
There are two models. In the managed model, the operating system, updates, backups and monitoring stay with us. In the infrastructure model we build the server and your IT team takes over management; we support you whenever needed.
Systems are monitored 24/7 and our availability target is 99.9%. During an outage we are your single point of contact — we chase the data centre, network and operating system side on your behalf and manage the recovery.
Linux distributions are free. Windows Server and SQL Server licences are added monthly, or we migrate your existing licence; we work out together which option makes sense.
