E-Export Consulting
Selling abroad does not start by opening a store: it starts with the right market, the right logistics and the right pricing.
Sound familiar?
It could be like this
First the data decides which product has a chance in which country. Price is calculated including commission, shipping, returns and FX — the margin is known upfront. Marketplaces and your own store work integrated with your ERP, the customs flow becomes standard, and growth is managed by profitability per country.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between micro-export and standard export?
Micro-export is the customs clearance of shipments below a certain value and weight via an ETGB declaration; it requires no customs broker and is practical for e-commerce parcels.
Marketplace first, or my own site?
Usually demand is tested on a marketplace, then your own site opens once sales settle. Running both together works best.
Can a team without English handle it?
Yes. We set up AI-assisted templates and a translation flow for product content and customer correspondence; critical texts are still reviewed.
How much budget is needed?
Marketplace entries can be tested on a small budget. The real budget items are advertising and samples/logistics; we plan those with you per target country.
Will our existing ERP and stock integrate?
Yes. Marketplace orders and stock updates integrate both ways with your ERP; double data entry disappears.
Let's look together at where your chances are.
