Business Central vs Logo Tiger vs Mikro

Comparing three ERPs on cost, legislation, scaling and integration.

Business Central Logo Mikro ERP selection

Local ERP or global ERP is a question that comes up in almost every ERP replacement in Turkey. The answer depends less on company size than on the shape of the operation.

01. Legislative Speed

Logo and Mikro are clearly ahead here. When legislation changes, updates arrive within days, because Turkey is their only market. In Business Central this depends on the partner updating the localisation package; delay is possible.

02. Multi-Entity and Overseas

For a firm with subsidiaries abroad that wants consolidated reporting, Business Central is far ahead. It manages different country regulations in one database. In Logo and Mikro this usually means separate installations and manual consolidation.

03. Cost

Per-user licences in Logo and Mikro are markedly lower. In Business Central a full user is a monthly subscription priced in foreign currency; over the long run exchange-rate risk makes total cost uncertain.

04. Customisation

In Logo, customisation is usually partner development and can break during upgrades. In BC, extensions written in AL don't touch the core, so upgrades are safer. That makes a difference in long-term maintenance cost.

05. Reporting

All three connect to Power BI, but BC and Dataverse offer ready semantic models. With Logo and Mikro the data model usually has to be built from scratch.

06. Decision Rule

Single entity, Turkey only and price sensitivity means Logo or Mikro. Multiple entities, overseas operations and a Microsoft stack means Business Central. If you sit between these poles, what decides is which side your existing IT team is competent in.
