Mikro's Module Structure: Accounting, Stock, Production and Accounts

A functional summary of Mikro ERP's main modules: which module manages which process, and how?

Mikro Modules ERP Accounting

Mikro works in an approach closer to a package than a modular structure: the core modules come together, and additional modules are added as needed. In this article we summarize Mikro's main modules and the functions each provides.

01. General Accounting

Accounting entries, journal, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet and income statement on the uniform chart of accounts. The monthly close and result accounts are automatic. Integrated with the e-ledger.

02. Current Accounts

Customer and supplier account cards, statements, open-account items, reconciliation-letter generation. Term tracking and dated statements are standard features.

03. Stock Management

Warehouse-based stock, product groups, unit conversions, minimum-maximum stock, reorder-point alerts. Stock valuation can be chosen as FIFO, LIFO or weighted average.

04. Sales and Orders

Order, dispatch, invoice flow. Dispatch-note-invoice matching, partial dispatch and return processes are supported. There are price-list and discount-table modules.

05. Production (optional)

The production module is an extra license. Recipe (BOM), work order, consumption and finished-goods entry processes. Advanced MRP and capacity planning are limited; it may be insufficient for a large factory.

06. CRM and HR

CRM is at a limited level. The HR module is payroll-focused; payroll calculation, social-security declarations and leave tracking are handled adequately, but it's insufficient for full HR processes.
