AI Agents and e-Document Capabilities in Business Central

The agent and electronic document features arriving in Business Central release waves.

Business Central AI agent e-Document Dynamics 365

Microsoft is adding AI agents and electronic document capabilities to Business Central through its release waves. Both directly concern implementations in Turkey.

01. The Agent Side

Agents that carry out complex tasks, generate reports and speed up order creation through natural language are moving into the product. The promise is less repetitive data entry.

02. The Order Creation Scenario

Turning order requests arriving as email or free text into sales orders is a headline use case. In dealer and wholesale operations, most of the manual entry burden sits here.

03. e-Document Capabilities

Release plans also strengthen the electronic document side. That means the core infrastructure the Turkish localisation sits on is maturing, which makes the partner package's job easier.

Investment continues in the experience between Business Central and Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio. Building your own agent in Copilot Studio and connecting it to BC data is increasingly the standard route.

05. Quality and Subcontracting

Quality management and subcontracting also feature in the release waves. For mid-sized manufacturers, areas where BC was previously thin are widening.

06. An Assessment Note

Have your partner confirm that new features arrive in a version compatible with the Turkish localisation package. A feature shipped in the core may not be usable until the localisation is updated.
